This policy is set in place to ensure a streamlined process and avoid miscommunication between the artist and client. By acknowledging you've read this, you agree to the terms and conditions set by @ggghostprince. These terms are non-negotiable, and @ggghostprince reserves the right to deny the request for art if they are not met.Each drawing will be expected to be completed between a week to a month after @ggghostprince has stated to begin drawing. Commissions are completed in order of requests. Alongside the deadline, no revisions can be made to the piece after the sketch is approved. The final product(s) will be delivered in a PNG format through the client's main form of communication.Payment will only be accepted through PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. Other methods are limited, but negotiable. However, @ggghostprince has the right to refuse any other payments. Payment is expected to be sent upon request. No refunds will be issued after the sketch is approved by the client.Credit to @ggghostprince for the artwork must always be listed, even when paid for in completion. The project can be revoked from the client if these terms are not upheld post-purchase. The art is not allowed to be used for AI learning, generative AI, or the creation of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).Commercial usage must be communicated upon request, and the price will be adjusted accordingly. Any commercial use of products using the work of @ggghostprince without permission will result in immediate revoking of usage.By purchasing a commission, you agree to allow @ggghostprince to post and share the art unless stated otherwise beforehand.These terms and conditions are binding and applicable to force majeure clause. @ggghostprince is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond control, such as illness, emergencies, natural disasters, etc.
